Through most of my adult life I have endured nagging injuries and other ailments from head to toe. Head, neck, shoulders, heart, stomach, back, legs and ankles, you name it and I’ve had it all being an active overachiever trained in the “no pain, no gain” era of physical fitness.

With virtually every major injury or pain I endured the “symptoms” and they were treated by my healthcare provider with the usual medications and rest prescribed until the pain either subsided or was just ignored.

A chance meeting at Fitness 19 led me to Dr. Lowe and his wonderful staff. Initial testing pinpointed the “cause” of my problems and the treatments, to date, have me virtually pain free in only two months. My posture, flexibility and general well being have improved dramatically and my outlook on life is more positive than ever.
