In anything we do, the best way to track progress is with scores. Do you know your health scores? You may know your height and weight but do you know how much of that weight is muscle and essential organs and how much is fat? Do you know your resting blood pressure and pulse rates and what they mean?

Do you love to get massages? Louisville Health Check has a team of health professionals who will provide all that along with posture screenings to you and your co-workers at no charge. Additional services can be requested by your company.

They set up Health Fairs at your company, check it out and forward it to your Human Resources Director. If they already do health fairs, it is a lot of work.
