Here’s how to do it:

1. Got to http://louisville.citysearch.com/
2. Do you already have an account with Citysearch?  If so, sign in now.

(If you don’t have an account, please go to the bottom half of the page)

1. 3. In the Search bar at the top type in Chiropractors
2. Find the listing for Lowe Chiropractic & Wellness
3. Click on our listing, you will be taken to our profile page

1. You will see some stars that look like this

Click on the appropriate star to give a rating  (Hint We Like 5 Star Ratings)

1. Underneath the stars  you will see a link that says  Write a Review Click on it
   1. You will be taken immediately to the page to write a review.  This should take just a few minutes.  Please share your experiences at Lowe Chiropractic.  Feel free to include any symptoms you’ve had and impressions and experiences with the doctor.  That’s it!  You’re done!  Thank you so much!

Signing up for an account. On http://louisville.citysearch.com click on Sign up its on the top right hand side of the page

Here is what you’ll need to fill out

Email address:               Your email

Member Name:             A unique profile name, can’t be just “Dave” may need to be “Dave9678”

Password:                       At least 6 characters

Confirm Password:        Retype your password

Zip Code:                        Your home or work Zip code

There are two check boxes, asking if you agree to their Terms of Use. (leave checked) and asking if you want their free e-newsletter (it’s up to you)

Click the “Create My Account” button.    They will send you an e-mail with a link in it to activate your account.

Check your email and click on the link,  Now you are ready to sign in.   Now you can go back to step # 3 above.
