How Do I Earn Tickets?
1 ticket- make an appointment on November 15th and keep it
2 tickets- Find us on Facebook and hit the “like” button http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/lowechiropractic
2 tickets- come in as a New Patient for one of our 7 Free New Patient Slots
3 tickets- bring in a completed patient testimonial for our new book.
3 tickets- complete a review of our office online and bring us a copy. ie City Search, Google, Yahoo We’ll have computers set up that day to help you
12 tickets- Refer a friend or family member who needs chiropractic care for one of the 7 FREE new patient time slots on September 21st
36 tickets- Refer two friends or family members
