4 Simple Suggestions to improve your back health
Posted by: | Comments- Sit in an ergonomic chair while working. Your back will feel better and as a bonus your productivity will go way up. You may even occasionally stand throughout the day. Many of my patients see me standing while I type throughout the day. It helps to mix things up.
- Think about your posture when you’re eating, watching TV, sleeping, working and riding in your car. Work on it during those moments when it’s on the top of your mind.
- Buy some back supports and use them in your car and in the chairs you sit in the most at home. We have some handy in our lobby. Try one out next time you’re in.

Bonus Tip:
Don’t carry a George Constanza sized wallet in your back pocket. This is a simple tip but one that many guys ignore to their detriment. Carry it in your front pocket when sitting. Enjoy the diversion!

You may know your height and weight but do you know how much of that weight is muscle and essential organs and how much is fat? Do you know your resting blood pressure and pulse rates and what they mean?

They set up Health Fairs at your company, check it out and forward it to your Human Resources Director. If they already do health fairs, it is a lot of work.
