1 to 5 in any question you probably have mild to moderate neuropathy
5 to 10 in any question you probably have moderate to severe neuropathy
Total Scores
2 to 5 may indicate mild neuropathy
6 to 15 may indicate moderate neuropathy
15 or higher may be considered severe neuropathy
